Oxford, Statford, and Cotswolds with Lunch

OXFORD - For over 900 years Oxford has been a home to royalty and scholars, and since the 9th century an established town. Enjoy a gentle walking tour with your guide through narrow alleys and ancient squares where time stands still. Visit a typical Oxford college – Christ Church.

CHRIST CHURCH - We visit the grandest college of them all, Christ Church. Many of the scenes in the Harry Potter feature films were shot in various locations of the college and the Great Hall was replicated in the film studios to create Hogwart’s Hall.

LUNCH - Enjoy British hospitality in one of our traditional venues.

COTSWOLDS - Steeped in history, rich in heritage and awash with natural beauty, the Cotswolds is a charming blend of bustling market towns, sleepy villages and breathtaking natural scenery. Optional lunch will be taken in one of the Cotswold villages.

SHAKESPEARE'S STRATFORD-UPON-AVON - We visit this delightful market town, steeped in culture and history, at the edge of the Forest of Arden, best known for being the birthplace of the world-famous playwright, William Shakespeare. We visit the half timbered house where he was born in 1564, gaining a fascinating insight into his childhood.

ANNE HATHAWAY'S COTTAGE - Enjoy a visit to this picture-postcard half-timbered childhood home of William Shakespeare’s wife is set in lovely surroundings and contains a treasure-trove of historic domestic artifacts.

This tour returns to London at around 6:30pm.

We do NOT drop clients at their hotels. Your guide will ask where you are staying and if the coach is passing in that area, we will drop you at a convenient location. Primarily Kensington, Park Lane and Victoria areas are convenient locations to our routes. The Kensington area is where the Kensington Forum hotel is, Park lane is where the Hilton Park lane hotels is and Victoria is where our offices are.
