From vivid, sweeping landscapes to intimate portraits of animal
behaviour, the Veolia Environnement Wildlife Photographer of the Year
exhibition gives an unequalled insight into the beauty, drama and
variety of the natural world.
The annual Veolia Environnement Wildlife Photographer of the Year
Competition, owned by the Natural History Museum and BBC Wildlife
Magazine is the most prestigious of its kind in the world and this year
attracted a record-breaking 43,135 entries from 94 countries. This
year's exhibition displays 95 spectacular images judged to be the most
creative and accomplished of those submitted.
Open Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays, 10.00 to 17.50 (last
admission 17.30). Closed 24 to 26 December.

Under 13s MUST be accompanied by an adult

Nearest Tube: South Kensington [Piccadilly/District & Circle lines]
By Rail:
From Paddington - take the Circle or District Lines to South Kensington
From Victoria - take the Circle or District Lines west to South Kensington
From Waterloo - take the Northern Line north to Embankment then the Circle or District Lines west to South Kensington
From Liverpool Street - take the Central Line to Holborn and then change to the Piccadilly Line to South Kensington
From Fenchurch Street - go to nearby Tower Hill underground station and take the Circle or District Lines to South Kensington
From Euston - take either the Northern Line to Embankment station and change there onto the Circle or District Lines to South Kensington or take the Victoria Line to Victoria and change there onto the Circle or District Lines to South Kensington
From King's Cross/St Pancras - take the Piccadilly Line to South Kensington
By Bus: Bus routes 14, 49, 70, 74, 345 and C1 all have stops near the Museum and a number of London tour buses now include the Museum as a stop on their routes
