Payment handling is provided to customers by Seatem Europe Ltd, whose registered office is at 6 New Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3RA, registered in Jersey with number 34950. Seatem Europe charges a separate fee (as indicated on the receipt) in addition to the cost of the event tickets for payment processing.
TICKET SALES AND BOOKINGS PRICES
Where applicable, ticket prices which include a payment processing fee will show separately this fee, any dispatch/handling charge and the face value of the ticket. Prices are inclusive of most taxes, however certain Tours which include air travel may attract a local airport tax which is not included in our price. Prices are subject to change without notice.
CONFIRMATION AND ISSUE OF TICKETS/VOUCHERS
On receipt of full payment Seatem will issue a confirmation of booking. When booking online this will be in the form of a confirmation page and accompanying confirmation email. Tickets or ticket vouchers will generally be dispatched 10 days prior to departure/event date, however in some cases certain Suppliers may not release the tickets within this timescale. In these circumstances Seatem will dispatch your tickets promptly upon receipt. Should you have any queries concerning the dispatch of your tickets, please contact the customer relations department for your local Seatem office. Seatem accepts no responsibility for and is not liable for any loss or damage which may be caused by late delivery provided that Seatem can demonstrate that date of postage was not a factor.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - Tickets
If you book an Attraction, Show, Entertainment, Sporting Event, Restaurant or Tour, which is date specific, the tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the performance is cancelled. Seatem acts as an agent only and has no control over the event. The event organiser/venue reserves the right to cancel or abandon any performance/event without notice and without being liable to pay compensation or damage other than at it's sole discretion up to a maximum of the ticket price.
If you book a ticket which is not date specific these may be cancelled to differing levels of cancellation fees which are dependant upon whether or not your tickets have been dispatched to you. Refunds are generally 90% or of your order price if your tickets have not been dispatched or 80% of your order price if your tickets have been dispatched and only upon receipt of the tickets by the Seatem office who dispatched them. The tickets should not have been and not used, damaged or defaced in any way.
Please check the refund payable on your booking with your local Seatem Customer Services Department.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
You may amend your confirmed booking providing the alteration is acceptable under the terms and conditions imposed by our suppliers. Each amendment to your booking will incur a small charge to cover administration costs and any other costs imposed by our suppliers. Once travel documents have been issued, amendments are not permitted other than in exceptional circumstances. Any request for changes must be made in writing by you to your local Seatem office.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
Cancellation will only take effect from the day written notice is received from you by your local Seatem office. Cancellations made directly with the hotel will not be valid. Cancellation charges are determined by the period before departure within which notification is received by your local Seatem office of your cancellation. You can expect cancellation charges to be in the region of :
More than 56 days : £50 or €75* per person
15 -56 days : 50% of the value of your booking or £50/€75* per person, whichever is greater
2-14 days : 80% of the value of your booking
Less than 48 hours : 100% of the value of your booking
IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements, but we do plan the arrangements many months in advance. Occasionally we may have to make changes, and reserve the right to do so at any time. Usually these changes will be minor. Where there is a change or delay of confirmed travel arrangements of more than 6 hours, or change of hotel, or cancellation of travel arrangements : a) notified to you within 6 weeks of departure, we will pay compensation of £10/€15* per person, b) notified to you within 2 weeks of departure or on the day of travel, or on arrival at the hotel, we will pay £20/€30* compensation per person. In either event, you will be offered alternative travel or an alternative hotel and you have the option to either proceed with these revised arrangements or cancel the package and receive a full refund (if your holiday has not begun yet) and, in either case, compensation as above.
FORCE MAJEURE EXCLUSION
If the confirmed hotel is changed or we are unable to provide you with the services as confirmed by us at the time of booking due to war, threat or war, civil strife, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, disaster, fire, floor (including fire or flood in hotels), or bad weather, we cannot accept responsibility and compensation is not payable. If travel has not begun, we will offer an alternative travel date or alternative hotel and advise additional costs, if any, or you may decide to cancel and we will offer a full refund on monies paid.
